Completely drain the liquid from the marinated champignons. After this, cut the mushrooms into thin slices and place them on the chicken breast. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Cut the peeled onion into thin half rings. Place the chopped onion on the mushrooms. Grease with mayonnaise again.

Required ingredients:

  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • potatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • cheese – 200 gr.;
  • mayonnaise;
  • apples – 2-3 pcs.;
  • walnuts– to taste;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.

Cooking process:

Peel the onion, then cut into small cubes. Place the onion in a bowl and marinate for 15 minutes, adding water to which add sugar, salt and vinegar to taste. If you don’t want to pickle the onions, then remove the bitterness from them. To do this, pour boiling water over the chopped onion and leave for 10 minutes, then drain the water.

Place the onion on the bottom of the plate. Pre-boil the potatoes and cool, then, after peeling them, grate them on a coarse grater and place them on top of the onions. After adding a little salt, brush the potatoes with mayonnaise.

Also grate the boiled and peeled eggs and place in the next layer. The eggs also need to be coated with mayonnaise. Then comes a layer of grated apples, smeared with mayonnaise.

Chop the walnuts and sprinkle them on the salad. Place grated cheese on top. Decorate the salad by making a swan out of boiled eggs.

Required ingredients:

  • champignons – 300 gr.;
  • potatoes – 4 pcs.;
  • chicken breast – 1 pc.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • eggs – 4-5 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise.

Cooking process:

Boil the chicken breast in salted water. Then transfer to a plate and wait until it cools down. Cut the cooled brisket into small cubes.

Boil the potatoes and cool. Then peel and grate, preferably a coarse one. Eggs also need to be boiled. When the eggs have cooled, grate the whites separately from the yolks.

Wash the champignons thoroughly and cut into small pieces. Chop the peeled onion and place in a frying pan with vegetable oil. After a couple of minutes, add the chopped mushrooms to the onion and fry until tender, adding salt at the end. Then cool.

When all the ingredients for the salad are prepared, you can start preparing the salad itself. Place potatoes on the bottom layer and brush with mayonnaise.
