  2. Chop the second onion, fry and add grated carrots, simmer together for a couple of minutes. Wash the rice 2-3 times. When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pan along with the onions and carrots.   • 0.5 cup pomegranate juice (no sugar)

Chickpea and chicken soup


Ingredients:

  • Two chicken drumsticks
  • One glass of chickpeas

  • Kefir 500 ml
  • Radishes – 4-5 pcs.
  • Beetroot – 1 medium

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chopped onion and half the amount of garlic. Add diced potatoes and fry for 7 minutes. Place the roast in boiling broth (water) and cook for 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg with cream, add the remaining garlic cloves passed through a press. Carefully egg mixture add a couple of spoons of boiling broth (to raise the temperature) and then pour the mixture into the soup. Bring to a boil, serve with croutons and herbs.

Cut the pollock fillet into medium-sized pieces and place in boiling water. Cook for 7 minutes. Chop the potatoes and carrots and add to the fish. Don't forget to add salt and peppercorns to the broth. Cook until done. When serving, season the soup with chopped dill.

Buckwheat soup with mushrooms

This rich soup perfectly restores your strength!


2.5 liters of water
500 g potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
300 g champignons
3–4 tbsp. l. buckwheat
1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil
2 tbsp. l. soy sauce greens to taste
Wash the mushrooms, pour boiling water over them, chop them and place them in a frying pan. Add soy sauce, then chopped onion and grated carrots, fry until half cooked.
Throw diced potatoes and washed buckwheat into boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the fried mushrooms and cook until tender (another 15 minutes). Add salt, if necessary, and season with herbs when serving.

Quick canned bean soup

Usage canned beans is an extraordinary time saver.


400 g (1 can) canned white beans
1.5 liters of water
1 liter chicken broth
3 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
1 bell pepper
3 teeth garlic
1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
20 g butter
salt, pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
Bring the broth (or water) to a boil in a saucepan, throw in the diced potatoes. Meanwhile, fry the chopped onion and grated carrots in butter. Add the pressed garlic and tomato paste.
Transfer the roast to a saucepan, add the diced bell pepper. Cook for 7 minutes. Add the beans (from which the water has previously been drained), bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste, cook until tender.
Bon appetit to you and your loved ones! Preparing these soups takes a minimum of time; you will spend no more effort on them than on cooking scrambled eggs.
By the way, cooking soup in a multicooker is even faster: set the “Multicook” mode and cook, starting with frying the vegetables, slightly changing the order of adding the ingredients.

1. Vegetable soup chick.

You will need:

Frozen broccoli and cauliflower.
Onions, carrots, 2 pieces of processed cheese, several potatoes, spices, a little butter.

We cook everything in one pan - fry carrots and onions in butter. Then add water and turn on high heat. While the water is boiling, add vegetables, peel potatoes, cut into cubes, broccoli and cauliflower just throw it into the soup. All this is boiling, and should boil a little more, at this time add the melted cheese and mix. Add spices, salt, pepper, khmeli-suneli, everything you like, and the soup is ready. Everything takes about 20 minutes.
You can add chicken to the soup. It doesn't take long to prepare.
And at the end we grind everything with a blender - we get a cheese and vegetable puree soup that both children and adults like.

2. Another variation of quick vegetable soup - pumpkin soup with lentils.

We also cook everything in one pan, frying carrots, onions and garlic. Pumpkin loves garlic very much, and goes very tasty with it. Peel 300 g of pumpkin, grate three on a coarse grater, like carrots, fry together in a saucepan, add tomatoes. Fill this fry with water. Add red lentils, which boil quickly, and cubes from several potatoes. Bring all this to a boil, cook a little, add our favorite spices, and before serving, rub the cheese directly into the warm soup so that the cheese has time to melt. And we can also make puree soup out of it.

3. Fish soup made from canned fish.


We do the same in one pan, again fry the onions and carrots in sunflower oil, pour boiling water over them and add salt. We also add the washed rice to the water. Bring to a boil, add potatoes, cut into cubes. And at the end - a jar of canned fish, salmon, pink salmon, any fish you like. Add your favorite spices.

4. Bean soup made from canned beans.


We do everything as described above - in one pan, in which we fry carrots and onions. Pour boiling water over everything and bring to a boil. While the soup is boiling, add the diced potatoes. To make the soup a little more filling, add some rice. Once the water has boiled, add beans, your favorite spices, and the soup is ready!

5. Very quick and simple gazpacho soup.

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 100 g bread,
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 sweet pepper,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 3-4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil,
  • green,
  • black pepper,
  • salt.

Soak the bread in water, rinse and peel the vegetables. Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds. Blend everything in a blender, add ice water or ice, run for a few more seconds, and your soup is ready.

6. Chicken soup

Ingredients:

  • 200 g chicken fillet,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 100 g rice,
  • ½ celery root,
  • 1 onion,
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil,
  • bunch of dill,
  • black pepper,
  • salt.

Wash the rice. Heat oil in a frying pan. Place a saucepan with 2 liters of water on the fire. Cut the chicken into small pieces, chop the carrots and onions, chop the celery finely. Fry the chicken first, add the onion, celery and carrots. Place the roast in boiling water and add salt. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat. Pepper 3 minutes before readiness. Turn off the heat. Let it brew for 5 minutes. When serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped dill.

7. Vegetable soup with champignons

Ingredients:

  • 200 g champignons,
  • 1 potato,
  • 1 carrot,
  • 1 onion,
  • 5-6 heads of cabbage Brussels sprouts,
  • 50 g butter,
  • bay leaf,
  • black pepper,
  • salt.

Wash, peel, and dry the mushrooms. Peel the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Place potatoes and cabbage in boiling water. Cut the mushrooms into large slices. Heat it up butter in a frying pan, fry the mushrooms, add onions and carrots. Add the stir fry to the pan. Season with salt, add bay leaf and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
