2. We rub a young medium-sized zucchini on a coarse grater, salt it, put it in a colander so that the glass is excess liquid. We will not squeeze strongly, but just press down a little in a colander.

It is best, of course, to take a young zucchini in which the seeds have not yet formed. Then its skin does not have to be cleaned.

3. Fry the raw smoked bacon so that it only melts a little and begins to become transparent.

4. In the same pan where the bacon was fried, fry the chopped onion.

5. In a slightly squeezed zucchini, add 3 egg yolks, and put the proteins aside for now. We will also add 2 tbsp. corn starch. Can be substituted for potato.

6. Separately, beat the proteins with salt with a mixer and carefully add them to the dough. We spread the dough on a baking sheet, and then level it.

Line a baking sheet with silicone-coated baking paper or a silicone mat. Lubricate with vegetable oil.

7. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

8 .Taking it out of the oven, check that it separates well from the baking paper.

Ingredients:

How to cook:

1. Rub the zucchini on a coarse grater, salt and soak for about 30 minutes. Then we squeeze hard.

2. Add eggs and grated cheese. Mix with a whisk, then pour onto a baking sheet, previously lined with siliconized tracing paper or a silicone mat.

3. We bake the cake in the oven at T = 18 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.

We take out the cake and immediately separate it from the tracing paper or rug with a spatula.

4. For the filling, fry the chopped onion, add the minced meat here, fry it for 5 minutes, stirring, then add the diced tomato here and also fry for 5 minutes.

5. Lubricate the squash cake with sour cream.

6. Mix the fried minced meat with cheese.

7. We spread the evenly fried minced meat with tomato on the cake, on one side of the roll not reaching the edge of 2-3 cm.
