Crispy nuggets with tartar sauce. Recipe Chicken nuggets with Maggi. Calorie content, chemical composition and nutritional value

Hi all! Recently I noticed such an interesting Maggi seasoning FOR SECOND for crispy nuggets with tartar sauce. I decided to buy it and try to make crispy nuggets with mine.

Brief information:

Manufacturer: Russia.

Price: got it on sale for 46 rubles.

I bought it at Wright.

Weight: 63 gr.

Design:

The packaging of Maggi seasonings is always bright and eye-catching. The front features delicious nuggets.

The package is divided into two parts.

* One is for the sauce mixture.

*In another breadcrumbs

On the back there is information about the product.

Closer compound:

Now let's start cooking:

To prepare the nuggets we will need:

400 gr. chicken fillet.

1 pickled cucumber.

I don’t have kitchen scales yet, so everything was done by eye.

1) I take it from the beginning chicken fillet, I wash the pieces through running water. Next, I cut the chicken fillet into pieces of 5-6 cm. And you need to cut the pieces across the grain.

2) Now I take two plates. Break an egg into one and mix the yolk and white until smooth. In another plate I pour one part of the contents of the package, which is intended for chicken. And now I first dip the pieces in the egg, then in breadcrumbs. You need to roll the pieces on both sides.

*I didn’t have enough breadcrumbs for all the pieces. So I rolled the remaining pieces in flour. In this case, I greased the baking sheet with oil.

For this reason, if you decide to buy such a seasoning, it is better to take two packages at once.

3) Nuggets need to be placed on a baking sheet. There is no need to grease the baking sheet with oil, otherwise you will not get a crispy crust. In a preheated oven to 200 degrees, bake the nuggets for 25-30 minutes. After 15 minutes, I checked the nuggets and turned them over at the same time. To get a golden crust on both sides.

Ready nuggets:

4) While the nuggets are baking, I start making the tartar sauce.

To do this, add 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise to a bowl.

Add the second part of the sauce packet to the mayonnaise.

I didn’t have a large pickled cucumber, so I added three pieces of finely chopped gherkins.

Now mix everything thoroughly and let the sauce sit for 10 minutes.

Dish I served the spirals with pasta and added pickled gherkins and small tomatoes to the dish. The sauce was served in a separate bowl.

The nuggets turned out very tasty and crispy. The meat inside is tender and not spicy in taste. Much tastier than buying ready-made ones! Sauce It turned out delicious too.
