  1. Add one teaspoon of buckwheat flour to 100 mg of boiling water.

  4. Add some breast milk or formula.

apple - 1 pc.

plum – 1-2 pcs.

PREPARATION:

Pour water (150 g) over buckwheat and cook for 10 minutes. Peel the apple and puree it using a blender. Peel the plums, remove the pit and make a puree. If the plums are frozen, simmer them for 5 minutes until soft, then peel, remove the stone and puree. Place porridge on a plate, on top applesauce and then plum puree.

WITH CURRANTS AND BANANA

Age: 9 months

buckwheat (ground in a coffee grinder) - 2 tbsp. spoons

black currants (you can use red or white currants) - 4-5 pcs.

apple - 1/2 pcs.

banana - 30 gr

PREPARATION:

Pour water (150 g) over buckwheat and cook for 10 minutes. Add peeled and chopped apple to the finished porridge. Grind using a blender. Place the porridge on a plate. Mash the banana with a fork and place it on the porridge in the shape of a flower. Stew the currants for a couple of minutes and make a puree. Place on top of the banana flower.

BUCKWHEAT UNDER A FUR COAT

Age: 10 months

buckwheat (ground in a coffee grinder) - 2 tbsp. spoons

apple - 1/2 pcs.

banana - 30 g

plum – 1-2 pcs.

PREPARATION:

To prepare buckwheat porridge, add water (150 g) to the buckwheat and cook for 5 minutes. Add peeled, pitted plums (for frozen plums, remove the peel and pit later) and banana and cook for another 5 minutes. Mash the fruit with a fork. Peel the apple and grate it on a fine grater. Place the finished porridge on a plate and cover it with an apple coat on top.
