  • chicken – 500 g;
  • onion – 150 g;

  • tomato juice– 100 ml;
  • refined oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • salt, pepper
  • water – 1.2 l.

Execution technology:

  1. Soak pearl barley for 2 hours.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: cut the onion into cubes, carrots into strips.
  3. Cut the meat into pieces up to 5 cm thick.
  4. Pour in the oil and wait until it heats up well in the pan.
  5. Fry the meat over high heat.
