Open the can of pineapple, drain the juice, and place the pieces in a colander to remove excess liquid. Squeeze the fruit a little with your hands, then cut into small cubes and add to the cream.


Place about 1/3 of the cream on a plate, then smooth it out with a spatula to make a rectangle. Place cookies on the cream in one layer, first moisten them in pineapple syrup.
