For the cream, whisk the sour cream with powdered sugar and lemon zest. Cut the finished manna into 2 or 3 cakes and brush the cakes with cream. Instead of sour cream, you can make chocolate cream. For it you will need: 100-150 g of softened butter and the same amount of condensed milk with sugar, 1 tbsp. l. cocoa. Whisk all ingredients into a homogeneous mass. Instead of cocoa, you can melt a bar of dark chocolate in a water bath, cool to room temperature and beat it with cream - it will turn out even tastier.
