To make a cupcake in a mug, take:

  • 3 tbsp. spoons of wheat flour;
  • 2 tablespoons each - cocoa powder, granulated sugar, milk, sunflower oil;
  • a teaspoon of instant coffee;
  • a quarter of a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • vanilla sugar according to taste preferences.

Combine flour, coffee powder, cocoa, granulated sugar, baking powder, stir. Pour in milk, break the egg, add butter, vanillin, mix until smooth. The inside of the mug is oiled and the resulting mass is poured into it. Place in a microwave oven and heat at maximum power for 90 seconds.


To make dessert, prepare:

  • 60 g of Nesquik cocoa drink;
  • 150 g butter;
  • 100 g wheat flour;
  • a glass of refined sugar;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a teaspoon of vanillin.

Melt the butter, add sugar, cocoa, vanillin and stir. Break the eggs while shaking the mixture. Add flour and mix. Bottom of the pan for microwave oven grease, then pour out the dough. Heat for 5 minutes at high power.

Combine flour, cocoa, refined sugar, soda, salt, beat with a whisk. Break the eggs, pour in vinegar and milk, add melted butter and vegetable oil mixture, vanillin, stir. To make the sponge cake, place the dough in the oven at 180°C for 50 minutes. After cooling, the biscuit is wrapped in film packaging and left for 2 hours. Decorate with sweet powder, or make any cream for the cake.

  • 300 g crumbled crackers;
  • 120 g condensed milk;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
  • 80 g sugar;
  • a handful of walnut kernels;
  • 90 g butter;

  • vanillin.

  • a quarter cup of oatmeal;
  • more than half a glass of dates with pits removed;

  • 100 g black chocolate bar;
  • a pinch of salt.

The nuts are thoroughly crushed. Add cereal and dates. Grind until smooth. The grated chocolate is poured into the mixture, salted and stirred. Form balls with wet hands and roll them in cocoa.

No-bake chocolate cake

To make a simple cake, take:

  • 300 g crumbled cookies;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
  • 200 g each of dark chocolate and cream cheese;
  • 150 g butter;

The cookies are crushed. Combine the melted butter mass, cookies, cocoa, stir until smooth. The mixture is spread into the mold in an even layer, pressed down, and placed in the refrigerator. To make the cream, cream cheese beat while adding sweet powder.

The chocolate is melted in a steam bath and, after cooling, poured into the cheese mass while whisking vigorously. In another container, thoroughly whip the cream until fluffy and pour into the cheese-chocolate mixture. Spread cream onto the hardened cake layer. The cake without baking is sent to a cold place for 4 hours.


To make a chocolate-flavored treat, take:

  • a can of condensed milk;
  • 250 g chocolate chips;
  • a glass of Nutella cream;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of butter;
  • a teaspoon of vanillin;
  • a pinch of salt.

Grease the baking tray. Lay parchment, making 5 cm protrusions on the sides. In a glass bowl combine condensed milk, chips, chocolate cream, oil, vanillin. The dishes are placed over a pan of boiling water under low heat. Stir until the chocolate melts and the substance is homogeneous. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet, level it, and add salt on top. Place it on the refrigerator shelf for a couple of hours. Once cooled, remove the fudge from the baking sheet using the parchment ridges and cut into small cubes for serving.


To make the sweetness, prepare:

  • 500 g refined sugar;
  • 4 egg whites;
  • 160 g butter;
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder;
  • 100 g walnut kernels.

To make the meringue base, beat the whites with refined sugar with a mixer. Oil a baking tray, sprinkle flour on top, and place on it protein mass in small portions. Bake in the oven. To make the meringue glaze, melt the butter and add cocoa powder and chopped nuts.
