It is very simple to prepare, and does not require a lot of time, and even if you don’t have a waffle iron, you can bake the treat in a frying pan or use the oven for this purpose.
  • To make the treat lush, I know one secret: you should beat the whites and yolks separately, and then just add them to the mix.
  • Milk can also be replaced with whey or kefir.
  • Parchment paper should be greased. oil, which you don’t have to do when using silicone molds.
  • Decorate the dessert with sakh. powder, melted chocolate, fresh berries. The recipe allows you to experiment with decoration.
  • Beat the waffle batter with a mixer, this will make it much easier to eliminate all the lumps that appear in the mix.

For the filling:

      • Sour cream – 200 grams;
      • Condensed milk – 200 grams;
      • Gelatin – 15 grams.

Preparation:

  • Chicken eggs must be beaten with a mixer with salt, then add to them granulated sugar and continue whisking.
  • Now, pour milk and unmelted butter margarine into the egg liquid and mix everything. The last ingredients will be flour and baking powder, which we mixed in advance into one mass. The dough is ready!
  • Now, pour the dough into a silicone waffle mold (without greasing them, but vegetable oil) and place it in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees. We check readiness using a bamboo stick (toothpick).
  • Meanwhile, prepare the filling for Viennese waffles, mix sour cream and condensed milk in a separate bowl. Immediately after this, pour the gelatin with water for the time indicated on the package, and as soon as it swells, heat it over medium heat, not allowing it to boil.
  • Pour the melted gelatin into the sour cream-condensed mass and beat using a mixer. We do everything quickly so that the gelatin does not have time to set - a couple of minutes is enough for high-quality gelatin. Pour the resulting filling into a long form, which was carefully covered in advance with cling film. Place the form in the refrigerator for 1 hour (or less, depending on how quickly the gelatin hardens).
  • The waffles are ready, let them cool slightly while we wait for the condensed filling to be prepared.
  • We cut the resulting filling into the same size as the Viennese waffles themselves in the oven, and place one on top of the other.
  • As a result, we get delicious waffles in the oven, in a silicone form, and serve them to the table! Bon appetit!
