  • Oatmeal "Herkusles" VkusVill - 400 gr.
  • Butter - 75 gr.
  • Honey - 75 gr.

These numbers can be varied to suit your taste. Can also be replaced butter to vegetable (we did this at one time, but still returned to the above recipe)

Everything is crazy simple.

Melt honey and butter in a bowl. You can, of course, do this in a water bath, but we use a microwave.

Then pour the flakes into the butter and honey.

And mix everything thoroughly.

The photo shows a double portion - i.e. 800 gr. cereal - that's about how much we use per week.

Place in the oven, heated to 170 C for about 50 minutes.

Gently stir 3-4 times during cooking to ensure even frying.

Mix honey, salt, cinnamon, egg, milk and melted butter and pour on top of the oatmeal in a baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar on top and bake for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately, top with your favorite syrup - chocolate, strawberry, or even a scoop of ice cream.

Oatmeal baked with apple and cinnamon

Peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Grease a baking dish with butter and fill it with apples, then cover the dish with foil. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes until the apples begin to soften. After removing from the oven, remove the foil, let cool slightly, and then serve according to the same procedure as in previous recipes. Pour oats and walnuts into the mold with the apples.
