  • 400 grams of flour.

Chicken thighs in mustard marinade with potatoes and pumpkin

You will need:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 150 g pumpkin
  • 600 g chicken thighs
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • 4 tbsp. l. mustard

  • 1 onion

Preparation:

  • 50 g champignons

Preparation:

  1. Cut zucchini, peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic into small cubes. Cut the celery into strips, chop the greens.

Preparation:
You can make the filling an hour before preparing the dish or the evening before and leave it in the refrigerator. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, grate the carrots, chop the onion and mix with spices, salt, pepper and apple cider vinegar.
